Tundra Swans

The Friends of Rondeau held their annual Wings of Spring Festival.
The tundra swans are migrating from the Chesapeake Bay area through southern Ontario on their way to the artic nesting grounds.

The Friends man spotting scopes along the bay and help the public get a good look at hese winged giants.

To fill out the day we had bird house building face painting, BBQ and crafters wagon rides and a raptor show.
