I don't think this is meant for the Animal Shelter but to the people who drop their pets off in the country.
For some reason many people think their domesticated cat/dog can survive in the wilderness.

When ever I see a wood duck in full breeding plumage I think of a child with a box of crayons.
Some one told the child to colour a duck and this is what they came up with.
Too many colours and far too intense to hide from predators.

You can't hear him coming, you can't see him either.
One minute you are fine and then your not.

This bee hive is outside the tree. Normally bee hives are in an enclosed space.
This is the only one I have seen that is free form. If you look closely you will see it is covered wirh bees.

We are adopting two young cats to keep crash company.
The names they came with are Harry on the left, and Leland on the right.
Crash is bigger than both of them combined yet he is the one who is hiding. not sure if this will work so we will just have to wait and see.
